FOR STORE RETAILERS:
A return to a customer will be granted if the product arrived damaged or leaking, the product is expired, or the customer is struggling with specific bottle sizes.
Product is considered expired if it is 24 months after the date of manufacture, which is located on the back of the bottle, close to the bar code. Growcentia will replace the product if contacted within 6 months of the expiration date.
To receive a replacement for any eligible return product, we ask that our customers provide the date and/or the order number that the product was originally on, a detailed explanation as to why a replacement is being requested and a clear photo of damaged product or date of manufacture and lot number.

If there is concern about product quality, these requests will happily be handled by the Growers’ Support Line.
