Return Policy
FOR STORE RETAILERS:
RMA request will be approved if product arrives damaged
– Damaged product must be reported to us no more than 48 hours after the order is received.
– Please provide detailed pictures of the damaged product, as well as a picture of the batch number and MFD/ EXP stamp on the back of the bottle.
– Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a prepaid shipping label and require the product be returned to us.
All Other RMA Requests
– All requests for return/ exchange must be made within 90 days of receipt of product.
– Products may be eligible for return/ exchange one time per traceable PO and batch number.
– Submit all requests through your assigned Sales Executive.
FOR CUSTOMERS:
If there is concern about product quality, these requests will happily be handled by the Growers’ Support Line.
